A private reflection

What the work has asked of you

A reflection for people carrying decisions with real consequences.

Some of what work costs us is not exhaustion. It is the residue of having acted against what we believed was right — because the role required it, because the timeline made thoroughness impossible, because raising it once had already changed nothing.

Rest does not resolve that. It was never the missing thing.

This takes about ten minutes. There is no score, and no result to be assessed against. It exists to give shape to something you may have been carrying without language for it.

Nothing you enter is stored or sent anywhere. Everything stays in your browser and disappears when you close this page.

This is a reflective tool, not a clinical assessment. It does not diagnose anything, and it is not a substitute for mental health care.
